Bigtoolbox has been set up to bring to the tradesman a wide selection of fixings, sealant and hand tools. All the products found here will be of very high quality and most importantly, everything costs a fraction of the prices charged by trade counters and mail order companies. All prices quoted are subject to VAT.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet because:

All credit card numbers are coded in the software when you place your order, using 128 bit encryption.

They are only de-coded after they reach our computer.

At no time are your details held in clear text on any website.
Delivery Schedule...Mainland UK.
Most items are held in stock and will be despatched to you within 3 working days from receiving your order.
If we have an unusually high demand for an item and run out of stock we will e-mail you immediately giving you a revised delivery date or the option to back order or cancel your order. All orders with a value of £40 or over are carriage FREE, for orders under £40 there will be a nominal charge of £6.90 added at the point of ordering.

Damaged Goods...
In the unlikely event of your product being damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@bigtoolbox.co.uk
Lost Goods...
If you have not received your item's) within 5 days of making an order, please contact us at sales@bigtoolbox.co.uk and we will take the matter up with our carrier service.
